Savory And Sweet Bulgogi Sauce For The Most Tender Meat

Savory And Sweet Bulgogi Sauce For The Most Tender Meat

I don’t eat Asian food very often, but when I do, it is always something special. I am particularly a fan of their sauces and one from Korea definitely stands out.

Occasionally referred to as a Korean BBQ sauce, Bulgogi sauce is a perfect combination of savory and sweet, and sometimes even spicy.

Whenever I crave something from Eastern cuisine, I always make this incredible sauce. That is especially the case when I want to marinate my meat.

Every time, it softens and enriches the pieces of my beef so much that my taste buds simply explode.

3. Cooking the Bulgogi: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook the steak in batches, stirring constantly.

Add honey to the pan to caramelize the beef as it cooks. In about 5 minutes, the steak should be fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
